Sales and Account Manager

The Sales and Account Manager will focus on developing and expanding business, primarily through strong, productive channel partnerships and customer relationships, within assigned regions. The key role of the Sales and Account Manager includes identifying, developing, defining, negotiating, and closing business relationships with trusted companies. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Contact, select and retain business partners based on their integrity, financial viability, deal requirements, and vision.

  • Balance growth and profitability priorities, poise deal risk with deal potential, and market development commitments with company resources and priorities.

  • Protect company's value by maintaining high standards of brand identity, IP protection, confidentiality, and personal professionalism and integrity.

  • Enhance company reputation by finding ways to add value to business relationships and their associated customers and consumers.

  • Establish credibility and build strong relationships with executives of key business partnerships.

  • Record important customer contacts, communication and correspondence in CRM system.

  • Meet sales objectives and targets. 

Account Manager Qualifications, Skills, and Abilities: 

  • Prior demonstrated history of sales success preferred.

  • Bachelor's degree in business management, marketing or equivalent preferred.

  • Strong consultative selling skills.

  • Strong critical thinking, judgment, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

  • Deep business acumen and the intelligence and creativity to create compelling, attractive deals and business relationships.

  • Track record of developing and managing strategic sales plans.

  • Competent in the use of CRMs and Microsoft Office products.

  • Fluent in English. Fluency in a second language is a plus.
