tele-net began during Japan’s economic recession in 1994, when Kazuaki Meguro and his wife opened a 400-square-foot office with a clear goal: to build a customer service company rooted in omotenashi—Japan’s culture of hospitality and thoughtful service.

Today, we operate in four countries and have supported over 700 companies. But our mission hasn’t changed. We still believe in care over cost-cutting, people over processes, and outsourcing done with integrity and intention.
