PARKER ANDRUS—VP of global operations

Parker’s first interaction with tele-net was as one of their clients. While helping a high-end kitchen retailer expand globally, he relied on tele-net to provide efficient and professional customer support for the Japanese market.

Tele-net continually earned his trust with their flexibility and willingness to go the extra mile. So when an opportunity arose to join the team, it was an easy decision to make.

Now as tele-net’s VP of Global Operations, Parker helps other companies experience the same omotenashi-inspired service that he was so impressed with.

Shinji Fujioka—Senior Account & Marketing Manager

Having worked in a few call centers as a customer service agent, Shinji not only understands the importance of great customer support, but also the constant commitment it takes to achieve a high level of service.

He believes that no matter how much technology advances, the best customer service will always have a strong human element at its core.

When he’s not obsessing about the human-side of customer service, Shinji can be found making a mess in the kitchen, or burying his nose in a good book.
